在高速公路建设过程中全面推行“人本化、专业化、标准化、信息化、精细化”的现代工程管理“五化”理念,是适应经济社会发展、促进行业科学发展、提升公路建设品质、保证工程建设质量、打造廉洁工程的需要,也是推动公路建设走上又好又快发展的新路子。本文以十天高速汉中至略阳(陕甘界)项目建设为例,从推行“五化”管理的意义、实施的背景、实践与成效以及认识思考等方面提出了浅显的看法。希望与广大同行一起交流经验,达到抛砖引玉、共同提高进步的目的。
In the course of highway construction, the modern project management of “humanization, specialization, standardization, informationization and refinement” should be fully implemented. The concept of “five changes” is to adapt to the economic and social development, promote the scientific development of the industry and enhance The quality of highway construction, the quality assurance of construction projects and the need to build clean projects are also new ways of promoting sound and rapid development of highway construction. Taking the 10 days high-speed Hanzhong-Lueyang (Shaanxi and Gansu) project as an example, this paper puts forward some simple views on the significance of implementing the management of “five aspects”, the background, practice and effectiveness of implementation, as well as cognition.
