高校实验室事故的后果与其他事故相比,更具有突发性、复杂性等特点,直接影响高校建设与校园安定,故高校实验室的安全管理成为一个至关重要的问题。针对齐齐哈尔大学轻化工程实验示范中心的实验室管理现状,基于事故致因理论,探究了可能诱发实验室安全事故的原因,结合自身的管理实践,进一步完善规章制度、强化组织领导、优化管理流程、加强宣传教育,以及提高实验室人员的使用素质和安全意识等,以避免实验室事故的发生,优化安全管理,为其他高校实验室安全管理提供一定的借鉴。
Compared with other accidents, the consequences of laboratory accidents in colleges and universities are more unexpected and complex. This has a direct impact on the construction of colleges and universities and the stability of schools. Therefore, the safety management of university laboratories has become a crucial issue. According to the laboratory management status quo of Qiqihar University Light Chemical Engineering Demonstration Center, based on the theory of accident cause, the paper probed into the possible causes of laboratory safety accidents, combined with its own management practices to further improve the rules and regulations, strengthen organizational leadership and optimize the management process , Strengthen publicity and education, as well as improve the quality of personnel and safety awareness of laboratory personnel, in order to avoid the occurrence of laboratory accidents, optimize safety management, and provide some reference for laboratory safety management in other universities.
