目前,新课改极力提倡小组合作学习,其中,合作学习能力,属于是一种新型的学习能力,被大多数教师垂青和践行。培养合作学习能力,不仅可以改变传统的以教师为主的“满堂灌”教学模式,而且还能强化学生的课堂主体性,与此同时,也能加强学生之间的交流,能够培养学生的合作意识和协作能力。因此,大多数教师应该及时认识到小组合组学习对课堂教学所起到的重要作用,并能将其以合理的方式运用于课堂教学过程中。本文主要以初中生物实验教学为例,结合实践,对小组合作学习在初中生物实验教学中的应用思路进行一番详细的探究和分析。
