随着外贸经济的进一步发展,各类相关企业对于外贸英语人才职业素养的要求也随之提高了。从我国目前的状况来看,各类院校对外贸英语人才的培养依然不能很好的满足这种需求,同时,经现有体系培养出的外贸英语人才水平参差不齐,进入工作岗位之后也不能很好的满足企业的用人要求。对于这些问题,本文将详细讨论在具体的教学过程中应如何实现人才培养质量与企业需求的对接。本文第一部分主要对我国当前外贸英语人才的培养现状进行了简要分析,第二部分则主要对人才培养质量与企业需求应如何进行对接提出了具体的方法。
With the further development of the foreign trade economy, the requirements of various related enterprises for the professional literacy of foreign trade English talents have also increased. Judging from the current situation in China, all kinds of colleges and universities are still unable to meet such demands with regard to the cultivation of foreign trade English talents. At the same time, the level of foreign trade English talent cultivated through the existing system is uneven, and after entering the work position, Can not meet the company’s employment requirements. For these issues, this article will discuss in detail how to achieve the connection between the quality of talent training and the needs of companies in the specific teaching process. The first part of this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of foreign trade English talents in our country. The second part mainly proposes concrete methods for how to connect the quality of talent training with the needs of enterprises.
