目的了解复方861合剂对实验性肝纤维化的逆转作用及可能的机理。方法制备大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,给予复方丹参861合剂治疗;观察肝组织、血清胶原酶活性及肝组织胶原蛋白含量的变化。结果治疗组大鼠在治疗过程中,肝组织胶原蛋白含量较模型组显著降低;而其肝组织活性胶原酶活性(A),肝组织潜在胶原酶活性(L),A/L 比值及血清胶原酶活性(S)均较模型组显著升高.结论复方丹参861合剂对已形成的肝纤维化有一定程度的逆转作用;其机理可能与胶原酶活性升高对沉积胶原的降解有关.
Objective To investigate the reversal effect of compound 861 mixture on experimental hepatic fibrosis and its possible mechanism. Methods The rat model of immunocompromised liver fibrosis was prepared and treated with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza 861 mixture. The changes of hepatic tissue, serum collagenase activity and hepatic collagen content were observed. Results In the treatment group, the content of collagen in liver tissue of rats in treatment group was significantly lower than that in model group. The activity of collagenase (A), potential collagenase activity (L), A / L ratio of liver tissue and serum collagen Enzyme activity (S) was significantly higher than that of the model group.Conclusion The compound Danshen 861 mixture can reverse the formed hepatic fibrosis to some extent, which may be related to the degradation of collagen deposition by collagenase activity.
