提出了结构新颖的混合单元柱面透镜列阵 (HECL A)系统 ,在该系统中引入了半单元结构。数值模拟结果表明 ,该器件显著地改进了在入射光为超高斯分布条件下的焦线强度分布均匀性。其中准 5单元 HECL A系统的调制对比度可以降为 1.7%。这是目前柱面透镜列阵 (CL A)系统难以达到的效果。
A novel HECL A system is proposed, in which a half-cell structure is introduced. The numerical simulation results show that the device significantly improves the uniformity of the focal line intensity distribution under the conditions that the incident light is a super-Gaussian distribution. The quasi-5-unit HECL A modulation contrast ratio can be reduced to 1.7%. This is an effect that is currently difficult to achieve with a cylindrical lens array (CL A) system.
