本文根据双光束全息图可记录信号光束和参考光束的所有相干性信息的特点,介绍用全息法定性观察和定量测量激光的空间相干性和时间相干性。脉冲激光的瞬时性使一般干涉法测量遇到困难,而全息法则可一次记录脉冲激光的所有相干信息,然后用连续激光重现,从而可得到相干性的全貌。该方法简便、易行、定性观察直观。定量测量也具有一定的正确性。在空间相干性测量中,首先利用相干度,重现光强和信号光强之间的关系
In this paper, based on the characteristics of all the coherence information of the signal beam and the reference beam recorded by the double beam hologram, the spatial coherence and the time coherence of the laser are qualitatively observed and quantitatively measured by holography. The transient nature of pulsed lasers makes it difficult to measure in general interferometry. The holographic method can record all the coherent information of a pulsed laser at a time, and then reproduce it with a continuous laser to obtain a complete picture of the coherence. The method is simple, easy to operate, qualitative observation intuitive. Quantitative measurement also has some accuracy. In the measurement of spatial coherence, the coherence is first used to reconstruct the relationship between light intensity and signal light intensity
