用东芝SAL—32B型超声仪(探头频率为5MHz)和RGZ—120型体重秤对济南市历下区1253名学龄儿童进行了身高、体重和甲状腺体积测量,结果表明:济南市儿童生长发育情况良好;甲状腺实质回声均匀,10岁学生的甲状腺体积中位数为3.25ml,甲状腺肿大率为5.52%;体重对甲状腺体积的影响强度是身高的3.27倍;应用不同公式计算甲状腺体积时,结果不同。建议利用超声检查甲状腺体积大小时,进一步探讨最佳测量方法和体积计算公式。
The height, weight and thyroid volume of 1253 school-age children in Lixia District of Jinan City were measured with Toshiba SAL-32B ultrasound system (probe frequency of 5MHz) and RGZ-120 scale. The results showed that the growth and development of children in Jinan Good; thyroid parenchyma echoes evenly, the median thyroid volume of 10-year-old students was 3.25ml, goiter rate was 5.52%; body weight of the thyroid volume is 3.27 times the strength of height; calculated using different formulas Thyroid volume, the results are different. Recommended the use of ultrasound to check the size of the thyroid volume, to further explore the best measurement methods and volume calculation formula.
