我省公路、航运以及民间运输工具的运价,几年来,在各级党政与主管部门的重视与努力下,一般有了很大降低,并统一管理了轮船,汽车的运价。但是,轮船、汽车运价名目繁多,计算复杂;对帆船,搬运以及人,兽力车等民间运输工具的运价,省级主管部门缺乏统一管理,各专、县调整运价时,调查研究不够,个别地区过多地强调运输工人的收入。因之,存在着运距短而运价高、甲地低而乙地高、抬价、滥价等情况。如:
