2001年11月29日上午,来自中央和广西交通相关部门的40多名专家、政府官员在南宁一致通过了广西交通勘测研究院编制的《贵港市港口总体布局规划》。
On the morning of November 29, 2001, more than 40 experts and government officials from the transportation departments of the Central Government and Guangxi Government unanimously passed the Guigang Port General Layout Plan compiled by Guangxi Surveying and Mapping Institute in Nanning.
