由于高压辊压机的良好节能效果,使得它在水泥熟料粉磨过程中使用量不断增加。然而,高压粉碎的成本-效率中的一个重要因素,即辊面的使用寿命仍需进一步提高。故此形成了提出全新耐磨保护概念--HEXADUR的背景。HEXADUR是一种用不同材料经过特殊组合与分布而形成的非常坚硬的耐磨辊面。这种耐磨保护系统是基于对高压粉碎过程中所产生的耐磨系统的基础研究。
Due to the good energy-saving effect of the high-pressure roller press, it is constantly being used in the cement clinker grinding process. However, an important factor in the cost-efficiency of high-pressure pulverization is that the life of the roll surface needs to be further improved. This led to the formation of a new concept of wear protection - HEXADUR background. HEXADUR is a very hard, wear-resistant roller that has been specially combined and distributed with different materials. This wear protection system is based on basic research on wear resistant systems produced during high pressure pulverization.
