古交矿区是我国“六五”期间的重点建设项目之一。在1978～1988年的10年建设期间,古交矿区伴随着改革,走过了不寻常的发展历程。古交矿区建设的十年,是矿区广大建设者艰苦创业、顽强拼搏的十年。据统计,十年中全矿区完成国家基建投资14.6亿元,完成井巷进尺151km,地面生产和生活、行政福利设施竣工面积达1200km~2。
Gujiao Mining Area is one of the key construction projects during the “6th Five-Year Plan” in our country. During the 10-year construction period from 1978 to 1988, Gujiao mining area went through an unusual course of development along with the reform. The construction of Gujiao mining area in the past 10 years, is the majority of miners builders hard work, ten years of tenacious struggle. According to statistics, in the whole decade, the state completed investment of 1.46 billion yuan in infrastructure projects, completing 151km of wellings and producing and living on the ground. The completed area of administrative welfare facilities reached 1200km ~ 2.
