输尿管开口异位症是一种临床少见病。我院自1982年10月～1999年10月共收治10例,经检查确诊后予以手术治疗,均获痊愈,现将诊治体会总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组10例均为女性;年龄5岁～18岁,其中14岁以下9例,18岁1例;临床表现均有正常分次排尿,在两次排尿之间有持续滴尿现象。病史中患者滴尿开始时间比实际年龄晚2年～5年。10例中双侧重复肾重复输尿管开口异位6例,单侧重复肾重复输尿管开口异位3例,单侧肾发育不全伴输尿管开口异位1例。开口异位症左侧6例,右侧4例。输尿管异位开口于前庭7例,阴道2例,尿道
