液压支架作为煤矿综采的重要支护配套设备,已被广泛地用于生产。它所以能对不同煤层地质条件完成有效控制,为安全生产提供良好的作业空间,是和液压缸以及不同的控制方式所具有的功能,有着极为密切的关系。不同的架型,液压缸传动系统不尽相同。但其实质都是由液压缸的基本控制回路组合而成的。因此,掌握这些基本的控制回路,对了解各种支架的工作性能,对合理的设计支架的新的控制系统是极为重要的。目前液压支架中液压缸的基本控制回路,结合今后的发展,可分为下列几种。
