1.假设 Ⅰ.缠绕圆筒在轴向为无限长,并不存在轴向力; Ⅱ.各钢丝层等效于从里向外按先后用过盈装配的薄壁筒,并且构件始终在弹性范围内,芯筒和钢丝的弹性模量E相同; Ⅲ.各钢丝层分别以层间压力的形式作用于内部的钢丝层和芯筒,而对其外部的钢丝层不产生影响; Ⅳ.在层间压力作用半径以内的钢丝层与芯筒构成一整体。该整体的内部应力可用厚壁筒公式来计算,即等效于受外压的厚壁筒;
