医用诊断X射线机的防护性能及工作场所的放射防护,关系到放射工作人员、被检者及公众的健康与安全.为进一步贯彻国家有关放射防护法规与标准,搞好放射卫生防护工作,1992~1996年对黄山市医用诊断X射线机及其工作场所防护情况进行了调查与监测.结果如下:1 对象与方法对黄山市各级69个X射线机使用单位93台医用诊断X射线机,按GB 8279—87《医用诊断X射线卫生防护标准》规定进行监测;按卫生部令第34号《医用X射线诊断放射卫生防护及影像质量保证管理规定》附件“医用X射线诊断放射卫生防护监测方法”评价.监测内容包括:①有用射线束照射量率;②立位透视防护区监测平面空气照射量率;③卧位透视防护区监测平面空气照射量率;④机房外环境照射量率.监测仪器采用西安生产的FJ—347AX·γ剂量仪和滁州无线电厂生产的NYL—ⅢA照射量计.上述仪器均经刻度校正.
