目的通过开展直流电场促进脊髓再生的实验研究,以证实其疗效并为临床提供依据。方法32只中国家犬随机分成4组,用Allen WD法致脊髓完全损伤,立即置入电刺激器。电刺激器由小型高容量电池(12V、6V)、电阻、纯银丝、医用人体硅胶管等构成。A组为对照组,8组12V电刺激组,C组6V电刺激组,D组为脊髓损伤后6小时置入12V电刺激组。观察各组伤后1、2、3个月神经功能、皮层体感诱发电位、神经元数量、神经元截面积和尼氏体密度恢复情况。结果电刺激组上述各项指标均优于同时期对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),特别是神经功能,能早期、更好的恢复。伤后1个月,B组即能行走,C、D组可站起。此外,B组优于D组,差异有显著性意义。结论直流电场确能有效地促进脊髓再生,但伤后6小时置入电刺激器的疗效比伤后立即置入电刺激器的疗效为差。
Objective To promote the spinal cord regeneration by conducting DC field experiments to confirm its efficacy and provide the basis for clinical. Methods Thirty-two Chinese domestic dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups. The spinal cord was completely damaged by Allen’s WD method and immediately placed into electrical stimulation device. Electrical stimulator by the small high-capacity battery (12V, 6V), resistance, sterling silver wire, medical human silicone tube composition. A group as control group, 8 groups of 12 V electrical stimulation group, C group 6 V electrical stimulation group, D group 6 h after spinal cord injury into 12 V electrical stimulation group. Neurological function, cortical somatosensory evoked potentials, numbers of neurons, neuron cross-sectional area and nissan body density recovery were observed at 1, 2 and 3 months after injury in each group. Results The above indexes in electrical stimulation group were better than those in the same period (P <0.05 or P <0.01), especially in neurological function, which could recover early and better. One month after injury, B group can walk, C, D group can stand up. In addition, B group is superior to D group, the difference was significant. Conclusion DC field can effectively promote spinal cord regeneration, but the efficacy of electrical stimulation at 6 hours after injury is less effective than that of electrical stimulation immediately after injury.
