本篇文章是介绍1981年开始到1991年10年间日本对中国法制史研究的概况。写作中参照了滋贺秀三著的《日本对中国法制史的研究和现状》(中国法律史学会主编《法律史论丛》第三辑,法律出版社1983年11月版294—304页吕文忠译)。这篇文章是滋贺秀三在1981年6月到7月参加的日本法制史专家访华团对中国进行访问期间,在中国法律史学会主办的学术座谈会上发表的讲演稿(滋贺秀三是东洋法制史研究会的会员)。本稿中,七野敏光(大阪经济法科大学法学部)撰写了先秦、秦、汉、魏、晋、南北朝部分,川村康(东京大学东洋文化研究所)撰写隋、唐、宋、元部分,中村正人(金泽大学法学部)撰写明清部分,近代部分及法文化论的现代研究由高见泽磨(武藏高等学校)撰
This article is an overview of Japan’s research on the history of legal history in China from 1981 until the decade of 1991. Writing refers to Shiga Hideyoshi’s “Research and Current Situation of Legal History of China in China” (The Third Series of Legal History Series, edited by China Law Society, edited by Lv Wenzhong, Law Press, November 1983, pp. 294-304 ). This article is a presentation by Shiga Hashimoto at an academic symposium sponsored by the Chinese Society of Legal History during a visit to China by a group of Japanese legal history experts who participated in June Zhuren July in July 1981 History Research Association members). In this article, Shinoman (Department of Law, Osaka University of Economics and Law) wrote the parts of Pre-Qin, Qin, Han, Wei, Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties. Kawamura Kang (Institute of Oriental Culture, University of Tokyo) wrote Sui, Tang, (Kanazawa University Faculty of Law) The writing of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Modernization and Modernization of Law Studies by Takasugi Shogo (Musashi High School)
