Preface At present, the glucose sensor developed in China generally has the problem of insufficient stability. In this paper, we established a cross-linking method to immobilize glucose oxidase and catalase to make glucose sensor, thus eliminating the influence of glucose oxidase poisoning and thus losing Active factors. Compared with single enzyme sensor, double enzyme glucose sensor is better than single enzyme sensor in stability, response performance, sensitivity and so on. The measuring method of the glucose sensor is based on the following reaction: when the substrate glucose is added into the reaction system, under the electromagnetic stirring, the immobilized glucose oxidase is used to catalyze glucose
