六西格玛管理是制造业最先进的管理哲学,本文结合我国船舶制造业现状浅谈了六西格玛管理DMAIC方法操作实务,认为在船舶行业导入六西格玛具有一定的可行性和现实性。
Six Sigma management is the most advanced manufacturing management philosophy. This paper discusses the operation of Six Sigma DMAIC in light of the current situation of China’s shipbuilding industry. It is believed that the introduction of Six Sigma in the shipping industry is feasible and realistic.
