随着我国社会经济的不断发展,以及社会主义市场经济体制的不断深化,我国企业之间的竞争日益激烈。所以,企业不仅要注重企业工程项目的质量和性能,而且在激烈的企业竞争环境中更要注重企业的文化。文章主要通过分析企业文化和企业管理之间的关系以及企业文化的重要作用,探讨企业文化在企业管理中的战略定位,旨在为我国企业在社会主义市场中的发展提供参考。
With the continuous development of our social economy and the constant deepening of the socialist market economy, the competition among our enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, companies should not only pay attention to the quality and performance of enterprise projects, but also in the fierce competition in the business environment should pay more attention to corporate culture. The article mainly discusses the strategic positioning of corporate culture in enterprise management through the analysis of the relationship between corporate culture and enterprise management and the important role of corporate culture in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese enterprises in the socialist market.
