目的探索32P胶体联合地塞米松介入治疗海绵状血管瘤的临床价值。方法海绵状血管瘤患者329例,根据血管瘤平面面积分为A、B、C3组,行32P胶体联合地塞米松瘤内多点均匀注射介入治疗,观察临床疗效。结果1次治愈率为55.0%,经2次治疗后总治愈率为80.29%,A、B、C3组治愈率分别为94.4%、84.1%和63.9%,随血管瘤平面面积增大,治愈率逐渐下降(P<0.01),3组有效率均为100%。结论32P胶体联合地塞米松介入治疗海绵状血管瘤,疗效确切、方法简便,早期治疗疗效更佳。
Objective To explore the clinical value of 32P colloid combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma. Methods 329 cases of cavernous hemangioma patients, according to the hemangioma plane area is divided into A, B, C3 group, line 32P colloid combined with dexamethasone tumor multi-point interventional treatment, observe the clinical effect. Results The primary cure rate was 55.0%. After 2 treatments, the total cure rate was 80.29%. The cure rates of group A, B and C3 were 94.4%, 84.1% and 63.9%, respectively. With the increase of planar area of hemangioma, the cure rate Gradually decreased (P <0.01), three groups were 100% effective rate. Conclusion 32P colloid combined with dexamethasone interventional treatment of cavernous hemangioma, curative effect is exact, the method is simple, early treatment is better.
