文章通过对河北高速公路某预应力混凝土连续箱梁的外观检测及静载试验,诊断并分析该桥存在的主要病害,同时结合各主要病害的特点及成因,采取不同的维修加固方案,针对主要由于预应力束设置不当、超载等因素引起的箱梁结构受力性裂缝,采用粘贴钢板与碳纤维布相结合的方案进行维修加固,克服了粘贴钢板增加自重较多,且锚孔过多容易对梁体造成损伤,而粘贴碳纤维布提高刚度有限的不足,同时有效地增大了箱梁的受力截面,达到了提高截面承载能力和整体刚度的目的。工程实践表明该加固措施有效,效果显著,为同类桥梁的病害治理工程积累了经验。

The engineering practice shows that the reinforcement measures are effective and the effect is remarkable, accumulating experience for the disease control projects of similar bridges.
