观察124例缺铁性贫血患儿与100例正常小儿的甲襞微循环、发现贫血患儿存在甲襞微循环障碍。将缺铁贫血患儿分成两组、治疗组给予山莨菪碱—葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆、对照组给予葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆。结果表明、治疗组甲襞微循环明显改善、末梢血Hb.RBC.HCT.红细胞平均常数及网织红细胞上升较快、经统计学处理、与对照组有显著差异性
A total of 124 children with iron deficiency anemia and 100 normal children were observed for nailfold microcirculation, and children with anemia were found to have nailfold microcirculation. The children with iron deficiency anemia were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given anisodamine-ferrous gluconate syrup, and the control group was given iron gluconate syrup. The results showed that the treatment group, nailfold microcirculation was significantly improved, peripheral blood Hb.RBC.HCT. Red blood cell average constant and reticulocyte rapid rise, the statistical analysis, and the control group were significantly different
