本文采用醋酸纤维素膜电泳对鹿鞭与牛鞭等九种商品进行了比较鉴别,结果表明:鹿鞭与牛鞭有不同的电泳图谱,为鉴别不同动物来源的鹿鞭及牛鞭伪充品提供了鉴别依据。
In this paper, cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis was used to compare the identification of nine products such as Lubian and Bullwhip. The results showed that: Lubian and Niubian have different electrophoretic patterns, and they are used to identify different animal sources of Lubian and Bullwhip pseudotypes. Provides the basis for identification.
