和谐的课堂教学是实现学生主动学习的前提,而目前中国的教育最大的问题还是满堂灌,学生被动地学习,很少完整地体现课堂教学的三维目标,因此,培养出来的大量人才都是机器型的,很难培养出创新型的人才。构建和谐的课堂教学,除了教师在观念上要改变以外,还要加强自己的专业知识与理论的学习,这是前提;同时,还要构建良好的班级文化,形成良好的教育教学的氛围,这是构建和谐课堂的重要条件;而最终实现的关键在于精心的教学设计。所有这一切都要求全体老师用心灵教书,只有学生与老师产生心灵的对话,师生共同不断的成长,才算是实现了教育的目的。
