目前在食用菌栽培过程中不少菇农存在一些误区,如为急于取得收益而盲目促进发菌、过早撑袋等。针对这些误区,现谈谈几个需注意的问题。1.平菇——“打孔增氧”过度为了促进平菇发菌,菇农大多采取后期打孔增氧的方法。但很多菇农打孔过多,导致出现“烧菌”现象,即菌袋内的菌丝因高温而被烧坏。其原因是由于平菇采用生料栽培,尤其是在菌丝发满半袋之前,如果打孔过多,在氧气含量充足的情况下,微生物活动旺盛,导致料温升高,当菌袋料温高于35℃时,就会造成“烧菌”。对于使用生料栽培的平菇,一般菌袋有3种打孔方法。
