目的分析高血脂症对部分生化项目测定结果的影响。方法将所收集的血糖值在6.40mmol/L以下,甘油三酯在1.80mmol/L以下的体检混合血清均匀的分为4分以及3份丙氨酸转氨酶活力不同的血清,向其中加入不同浓度的脂肪乳与0.9%的氯化钠注射液。结果高血脂对生化项目检验中的尿酸、总蛋白、血糖、尿素氮、r-谷氨酰基转移酶、肌酐、碱性磷酸酶测定结果均存在影响。结论在进行检测时应尽量减低干扰因素,降低高血脂在对生化项目测定结果的影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of hyperlipidemia on the determination results of some biochemical projects. Methods The collected serum with the blood glucose below 6.40mmol / L and the triglyceride below 1.80mmol / L were evenly divided into 4 and 3 serums with different alanine aminotransferase activities, and different concentrations Fat emulsion with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Results Hyperlipemia had effects on the determination of uric acid, total protein, blood glucose, urea nitrogen, r-glutamyltransferase, creatinine and alkaline phosphatase in the biochemical test. Conclusions During the test, interference factors should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the impact of hyperlipidemia on the determination results of biochemical projects.
