S-O_2-1菌苗(上海需氧1号)在临床上具有较好的抗肿瘤作用,但因是革兰氏阴性菌,引起机体发烧。为避免脂多糖的副作用,提取制备核糖体制剂(疫苗)。动物实验证明,S-O_2-1菌核糖体制剂对感染S_(180)肿瘤细胞的C_(57)BL/6小鼠,有明显抑瘤作用。其机制是核糖体制剂激活3NK细胞和巨噬细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞。
S-O_2-1 vaccine (Shanghai aerobic 1) has a good clinical anti-tumor effect, but because of gram-negative bacteria, causing fever in the body. To avoid the side effects of lipopolysaccharide, ribosome preparations (vaccines) were extracted and prepared. Animal experiments show that S-O_2-1 ribosomal preparation has obvious anti-tumor effect on C_ (57) BL / 6 mice infected with S_ (180) tumor cells. The mechanism is that ribosomal agents activate 3NK cells and macrophages to kill tumor cells.
