用有效介质理论对金属-陶瓷复合材料的PTC效应进行定量分析,通过将GEM方程应用于金属-陶瓷二相复合系统的电导率分析,发现所得到的方程与实验结果及有关工作基本相符。从而探明了提高金属-陶瓷复合材料的PTC效应的有效途径。
The effective medium theory is used to quantitatively analyze the PTC effect of the metal-ceramic composites. By applying the GEM equation to the conductivity analysis of the metal-ceramic two-phase composite system, the obtained equation is basically consistent with the experimental results and relevant work. Thus it is proved that the effective way to improve the PTC effect of metal-ceramic composites is obtained.
