笔者根据自己的研究,阐明了氢氧化铝在马弗炉内脱水相变的情况,查清了在空气气氛中,常压下,不同温度所生成的氧化铝物相形态及其转变途径。同时也查清了氧化铝主要物相形态的物理特性与氧化铝焙烧产品质量的关系,Na_2O的含量对氧化铝物相生成的影响,以及Na_2O的含量对氧化铝焙烧产品质量的影响。 此外,笔者对三水铝石脱水相变途径和铝电解用的氧化铝产品的物相组成,提出了自己的观点,愿与同行磋商。
Based on our own research, the author clarified the dehydration phase transition of aluminum hydroxide in muffle furnace, and found out the phase morphology of alumina formed at different temperatures under atmospheric pressure and atmospheric pressure. At the same time, the relationship between the physical properties of the main phase of alumina and the quality of alumina calcined product, the effect of Na 2 O content on the phase formation of alumina and the effect of Na 2 O content on the quality of alumina calcined product were also investigated. In addition, the author of the gibbsite dehydration phase transition and alumina electrolysis products phase composition, put forward their own point of view, is willing to consult with their peers.
