铁道部永济电机厂学习邯钢经验 ,结合本厂实际情况 ,推行“一岗两责”管理模式 ,围绕企业营销做好物资工作 ,通过降低采购成本和压缩制造成本 ,取得了显著的经济效益。日前 ,本刊记者走访了该厂物资处处长张铁强同志 ,请他对该厂物资部门的做法作一介绍。我们认为 ,永济电机厂在物资管理创新中形成的一些行之有效的管理模式很有借鉴意义。
The Ministry of Railways Yongji Electric Machine Factory learned the experience of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and implemented the management mode of “one post and two responsibilities” according to the actual situation of the factory. The Company made good material work around the marketing of the enterprise and achieved remarkable economic benefits by reducing the purchase cost and compressing the manufacturing cost . Recently, our reporter visited Comrade Zhang Tieqiang, Director of Materials Division of the plant, and asked him to give an introduction on the material department of the plant. In our opinion, some effective management models formed by Yongji Electric Machinery Factory in material management innovation are very useful.
