近年来,随着技术的进步和经济的腾飞,超高层建筑(特别是高度超过300m的建筑)在我国不断涌现。尽管目前对超高层建筑建设存在诸多争议,但从发展趋势上看,我国的超高层建筑在未来一段时间内仍将呈持续发展态势。超高层建筑在提升城市形象、节约土地资源等方面具有积极的作用,但同时也带来了一定的安全问题、环境问题和能耗问题。这些问题的出现,使超高层建筑的建设面临着挑战,也对暖通空调设计提出了更高的要求,设计人员在设计中需关注以下问题:1)完善、可靠的消防策略和防排烟系统设置,以保障消防安全;2)合理的冷热源设置和空调水系统竖向分区,以避免空调设备、管道和配件超压和过多的梯级换热,减少能耗,确保空调水系统的安全性、可靠性和经济性; In recent years, with the advancement of technology and the economic take-off, super high-rise buildings (especially buildings with a height exceeding 300m) are constantly emerging in our country. Despite the current controversy over the construction of super high-rise buildings, the development trend of super-tall buildings in our country will continue to develop in a period of time in the future. Super high-rise buildings play an active role in enhancing the city’s image and saving land resources, but also bring about some safety, environmental and energy consumption problems. The emergence of these problems poses challenges for the construction of super high-rise buildings as well as higher requirements for HVAC design. Designers should pay attention to the following issues in the design: 1) Sound and reliable fire fighting strategies and smoke control System settings to ensure fire safety; 2) a reasonable set of cold and heat sources and air conditioning water system vertical partition to avoid air conditioning equipment, pipes and accessories over-pressure and excessive heat transfer cascade to reduce energy consumption to ensure air-conditioning water system Safety, reliability and economy;
