在随机抽样对江西省宜春市10个县(市、区)集体林业产权制度改革的现状进行调研的基础上,总结了宜春市林业产权制度的主要成效、经验及在改革中存在的几个主要问题,并对林业产权制度改革后续工作提出了相应的建议。
Based on the random sampling and investigation on the current situation of the reform of the collective forestry property rights system in 10 counties (cities and districts) in Yichun of Jiangxi Province, the author summarizes the main achievements and experiences of the forestry property right system in Yichun City and several major Problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions on the follow-up work of the reform of forestry property rights system.
