随着我国各项医疗制度的不断实施改革,各地医院对于自身的软硬件服务设施正在进行不断的更换和完善。其中,医疗设备作为医院医务工作者进行正常工作的必要工具,它的采购过程有着严格的合同约束。大型医疗设备的购买成本费用高,使用寿命时间也比较长,这就决定了医院在购买医疗设备的过程中,必须做好采购合同的管理工作,避免发生合同纠纷。通过对医疗设备采购合同管理中存在问题的分析,寻找对应的解决措施,可以使医院在购买医疗设备的过程中降低成本费用,减少不必要的费用开支。本文就医疗设备采购合同中存在的一些问题及相关的解决对策展开详细论述[1]。
With the continuous implementation and reform of all medical systems in our country, hospitals around the world are constantly changing and improving their hardware and software service facilities.
