螺旋纽带自动清洗式高效蒸发器的技术原理 ,是利用蒸发溶液的循环流动能带动加热管内的螺旋纽带旋转清洗结晶垢。根据结晶动力学原理 ,采用碳钢管内Na2 SO4 、KCLO3的冷却过饱和溶液的结晶盐垢进行流体动力学模拟清洗试验。结果表明 ,螺旋纽带的旋转清洗能力能够满足蒸发器结晶垢的自动清洗要求 ,使蒸发生产长期连续 ,能力提高 ,能耗降低 ,可以在制糖、制盐、烧碱、化工、食品、制药等工业生产部门广泛应用 ,获得相当高的综合经济效益
The technical principle of automatic screw-type high-efficiency evaporator is that the circulating flow of the evaporating solution can drive the spiral screw in the heating pipe to rotate and clean the scale. According to the principle of crystallization kinetics, the hydrodynamic simulation cleaning experiment was carried out by using the crystal salt scale of cooling supersaturated solution of Na2 SO4 and KCLO3 in carbon steel tube. The results show that the rotary cleaning ability of the spiral fastener can meet the requirement of automatic cleaning of the crystallizer scale in the evaporator, and make the production of the evaporator continuous for a long time with the improved capability and lower energy consumption.
