一、市场的难题是创新的课题 过去,人们往往把发明等同于创新,使科研机构和生产严重脱节,致使许多科研成果被束之高阁,难以形成生产力。这样的科研院、所作为创新的上游,下游的企业很难受益。中关村有一种“卖出去才是硬道理”的说法令人赞成。海尔认为:发明不一定是创新,只有能转化为社会经济活动并产生经济效益的发明才可说是创新。市场的难题才是科研和企业创新的课题。
