《福建党史月刊》1990年第4期登载了郑澄桂同志《闽浙赣省委称谓究竟始于何时》一文(下称郑文),对闽浙赣区党委改称闽浙赣省委的“起始”时间作了新的考证,否定了他自己原将改称一时间判定为“1947年11月15日”的说法(详见《福建党史通讯》1987年第7期)。这种求真求实的治学态度是无可厚非的,问题是郑文仅凭一份华东局“辰灰电”,断然得出“证明了上级
