目的探讨中西医结合对功能失调性子宫出血研究的关键与思路。方法分析功能失调性子宫出血中医认识的特色,功能失调性子宫出血临床证候特征以及方药作用规律,归纳功能失调性子宫出血病变的现代分子病理学特征。结果功能失调性子宫出血中医药证治具有一定规律性,基于现代分子生物学等技术,对功能失调性子宫出血证候实质及方药作用规律研究可能获取重要突破。结论功能失调性子宫出血是体现中医妇科学“调经”、“血证”等证治特色的重要疾病,应优先开展系统性研究,从而促进中西医结合在妇产科领域的发展。
Objective To explore the key and thinking of the study of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, the clinical characteristics of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and the rule of action of prescription were analyzed. The modern molecular pathological features of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were summarized. Results dysfunctional uterine bleeding Chinese medicine has a certain regularity, based on modern molecular biology and other techniques, dysfunctional uterine bleeding syndrome essence and prescriptions may play an important breakthrough in the law. Conclusions Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is an important disease that reflects TCM syndromes of “regulating menstruation” and “blood syndrome”. Priority should be given to systematic research so as to promote the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
