法医工作者从事医疗鉴定工作有着多年的传统,法医或者直接主持、实施医疗损害技术鉴定,或者参加到医学会进行医疗事故技术鉴定。法医工作者在医疗纠纷处理方面积累了丰富的经验,也产生了一批极具学术价值的理论研究成果。在《侵权责任法》实施之际,时逢中国法医学会第五次全国会员代表大会决定增设医疗损害鉴定专业委员会,这给法医规范医疗损害技术鉴定和提升自身的医疗损害鉴定能力提供了契机,为法医参与医疗损害技术鉴定提供了更多的机会,也为法医参加医疗损害技术鉴定提供了广阔的专业发展前景。为此,中国法医学会医疗损害鉴定专业委员会拟于2012年9月或10月在河南焦作举办首届医疗损害法医鉴定学术研讨会。会上除进行论文交流外,还将举办疑难案例讨论,并邀请有关专家针对共 Forensic practitioners engaged in medical appraisal work has many years of tradition, forensic or directly presided over the implementation of technical assessment of medical damage, or to participate in Medical Association for medical malpractice appraisal.
