针对企业应急预案培训存在成本高、组织难、效果难以评价等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟现实技术的化工事故应急救援协同演练系统,设计了真实受训者和机器人实体混合的协同演练模式,使用脚本技术实现了多角色、多预案的应急演练。提出了虚拟演练考核评价体系,该体系包括参演者个人行为考核与演练整体效果评价两部分。一方面可以检查参演者对预案内容的掌握程度,另一方面则可以检验预案编制的合理性和有效性。某石化企业的应用结果表明,系统可以为企业安全生产的岗位培训和应急救援指挥决策提供支持,具有良好的应用价值和现实意义。
Aiming at the problems such as high cost, difficulty of organizing and difficult to evaluate the effect of the training of enterprise contingency plans, a collaborative rehearsal system for emergency rescue of chemical accidents based on virtual reality technology was proposed. The collaborative training mode of real trainees and robotic entities was designed. Scripting technology to achieve a multi-role, multi-plan emergency drills. Proposed the virtual drill evaluation system, which includes the performer’s personal behavior assessment and the overall performance evaluation of drill two parts. On the one hand, participants can check the mastery of the contents of the plan, on the other hand, it can test the rationality and effectiveness of the plan preparation. The application results of a petrochemical enterprise show that the system can provide support for job training and emergency rescue command decision-making of enterprise safety production, and has good application value and practical significance.
