观察碘对大鼠甲状腺结构与功能的影响。低碘组尿碘、组织碘、血清甲状腺激素、组织激素低于适碘组(P<0.01)。碘过量组尿碘、组织碘呈逐渐升高的趋势。血清甲状腺激素、组织T_3含量呈依次下降趋势(P<0.05)。光镜下观察,低碘组甲状腺呈现小滤泡增生。5倍高碘和10倍高碘组呈多型性变化。50倍高碘组和100倍高碘组滤泡增生显著。提示碘缺乏与碘过量均可导致甲状腺功能减退。
To observe the effect of iodine on thyroid structure and function in rats. Low iodine group, urinary iodine, tissue iodine, serum thyroid hormone, tissue hormone lower than the appropriate iodine group (P <0.01). Iodine excess iodine, iodine showed a gradual upward trend. Serum thyroid hormone, tissue T_3 content decreased in turn (P <0.05). Light microscopic observation, low iodine group thyroid showed small follicular hyperplasia. 5 times higher iodine and 10 times higher iodine group showed polymorphic changes. Follicular hyperplasia was significant in 50 times higher iodine group and 100 times higher iodine group. Tip iodine deficiency and iodine excess can lead to hypothyroidism.
