据有关资料统计,近年来糖尿病的发生率和死亡率日趋增加。美国1980年报告糖尿病死亡已上升为第三位,因此防治糖尿病的发生和发展,是当前临床较为重要的课题。我院据1949～1981年末不完全统计,共收治糖尿病病人813例(含加杂疾病),死亡33例(占4.05%),约占本院诸病种中死亡数的第五位。现将其死亡原因进行分析讨论。一、一般资料:本组33例中男25例,女8例。年龄:≤40岁2例,41～50岁10例,51～60岁14例,>60岁7例。
According to statistics, in recent years, the incidence and mortality of diabetes is increasing.
