胶质淋巴系统是脊椎动物中枢神经系统一种具有功能性的高效废物清理途径,专门用于排出细胞间液可溶性废蛋白,代谢产物以及过多的细胞外液,同时还向大脑范围内输送营养物质,维持大脑内环境稳态。胶质淋巴系统作为大脑中废物清除的“前端”,包括脑脊液运输的血管周围间隙网络,通过脑膜淋巴管、出颅神经连接到下游的颈部淋巴网络。磁共振成像可能会成为评估人类胶质淋巴系统功能的有效工具。胶质淋巴系统是近年来科学界提出的新概念,为此,本文综述了胶质淋巴系统的研究现状,期望对神经系统疾病发生、发展以及治疗和预后带来不同的视角。
