近年来,通过温州市质监部门查获的十几起检验机构违法案件的情况来看,其中虚假报告、分支机构开展和不按程序案件数量占总数的比例呈上升态势。如何提高查处此类案件的有效性?本文通过分析几个典型案例,诠释不同类型案件的关键点,建议采用不同的查处手法,以便于提高办案有效性。
In recent years, Wenzhou City, through the quality supervision department seized more than a dozen cases of inspection agencies illegal situation, of which the false reports, branches and not according to the proportion of the total number of cases is on the rise. How to improve the effectiveness of investigating and dealing with such cases? This article analyzes several typical cases, interprets the key points of different types of cases, and suggests different ways of investigation and handling in order to improve the effectiveness of case handling.
