大事记作为方志体裁之一,一直是我国方志体裁中不可或缺的一部分。志书的总体特征是以类系事,以横剖为主,而编年体的大事记正好弥补了全志缺乏纵贯之不足,从而使志书成为一个既有纵观又有横观,经纬交织的整体。志书编纂者要明确大事记的功能、大事选录标准、大事记编撰原则及大事记编写应注意的问题,从而编纂出符合志书要求的大事记。
Memorabilia, as one of the genres, has always been an indispensable part of the genre of Chinese chronicles. The general characteristics of the book is based on the type of things to cross-section-based, and Chronology of events just make up for the lack of full-length Chronicles, so that Zhishi become both vertical and horizontal, latitude and longitude intertwined overall. The compilers of the book should make clear the function of the memorabilia, the standard of memorial service, the compiling principle of the memorial and the compilation of the memorabilia that should be noticed, so as to compile the memorabilia meeting the requirements of the book.
