目的:对妇科门诊手术室医院感染的主要危险因素进行调查,并进一步探讨防控策略。方法:采用回顾性调查分析的方法对2013年5月~2015年5月浙江省宁波市北仑区人民医院妇科门诊手术室所发生的127例医院感染事件进行分析。结果:医院感染事件中患者116例,医护人员11例;患者发生医院感染主要与医护人员操作不规范、环境不达标、医疗器械消毒不严、医疗废物处理不当等有关;医护人员发生医院感染主要与自身防护意识淡薄、操作不规范、医疗废物处理不当等有关。结论:影响妇科门诊手术室医院感染的危险因素是多方面的,医护人员应重视妇科门诊手术室医院感染预防工作,强化风险管控意识,针对相关危险因素制定措施进行干预,以降低医院感染发生率,提高妇科门诊就诊的安全性,提升患者的治疗效果和满意度。
Objective: To investigate the main risk factors of hospital infection in gynecological outpatient operating room and to further explore prevention and control strategies. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the method of May 2013 ~ May 2015 in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province People ’s Hospital gynecology outpatient surgery room occurred in 127 cases of nosocomial infections were analyzed. Results: There were 116 patients in hospital and 11 in medical staff. Nosocomial infections were mainly related to non-standard operation of medical staff, non-compliance of environment, unsystematic medical equipment, improper treatment of medical waste and so on. Conclusion: There are many risk factors of nosocomial infection in operating room of gynecology clinic. The medical staff should pay attention to the prevention of nosocomial infection in the operation room of gynecology clinic, strengthen the awareness of risk management and control and make interventions according to the relevant risk factors to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection , Improve the safety of gynecological clinic, improve the patient’s treatment effect and satisfaction.
