本文介绍我们开发的用于石油一厂延迟焦化装置的FCS—100型二级微机监控系统。重点介绍监控系统的特点及接口部件的功能。分析了系统结构的合理性及应用情况。该系统的实现使得装置平稳安全生产,节约了能源,具有较高的经济收益。 FCS—100型二级微机监控系统是抚顺石油学院自动化系过程控制研究室在1985年开发研制成功的。该微机监控系统吸取了集散型控制系统的优点,用四台微机构成功能分散的二级系统,保证各台微机相对独立的同时,用数据通讯的办法实现了数据共享和相互的联系。本系统成功地解决了不同型号微机之间的数据通讯,以及小信号、大信号、脉冲量等过程接口的一些关键性技术问题。1985年11月,FCS—100系统开始在抚顺石油一厂延迟焦化装置应用,今年3月由中国石化总公司有关部门组织鉴定通过,随后又参加了全国计算机应用展览会。这是国内延迟焦化装置首次应用微机监控系统的成功实例。第二套规模较小的FCS—100系统(只含两台微机)则于今年8月在辽化炼油厂投运,使用效果也很满意。该系统具有数据采集、控制及装置级管理功能,适用于检测点100~200的中型装置。
This article introduces the FCS-100 secondary computer monitoring system developed by our company for the delayed coking plant in the first oil plant. Focus on monitoring system features and interface components. The rationality and application of the system structure are analyzed. The realization of the system makes the device steady and safe production, saves energy and has higher economic benefits. FCS-100-type secondary computer monitoring system is Fushun Petroleum Institute of Automation Department of Process Control Laboratory developed in 1985. The microcomputer monitoring system draws the advantages of distributed control system, with four micro-computer function of decentralized secondary system to ensure that the relative independence of the computer at the same time, with data communication methods to achieve data sharing and mutual contact. The system has successfully solved the data communication between different types of computers, as well as some key technical issues such as small signal, large signal, pulse volume and other process interfaces. In November 1985, the FCS-100 system began to be used in the delayed coking plant of Fushun Petroleum First Plant. In March this year, the FCS-100 system was appraised by relevant departments of China National Petrochemical Corporation and then participated in the National Computer Applications Exhibition. This is the first successful example of domestic delayed coking unit using computer monitoring system. The second smaller FCS-100 system (containing only two microcomputers) was put into operation at the Liaoxi refinery in August this year, and the results were satisfactory. The system has data acquisition, control and device-level management functions, suitable for detection of 100 to 200 medium-sized devices.
