用射频磁控溅射法制备不同Ce摩尔(下同)掺量的氧化钛薄膜。X射线衍射分析结果显示:薄膜晶型主要为锐钛矿,随着Ce掺量的增加,二氧化钛锐钛矿相特征峰右移。紫外-可见分光光度计测定结果表明:随着Ce掺量的提高,薄膜吸收边出现红移。X射线光电子能谱分析表明:部分Ti4+被还原成Ti3+,大部分Ce4+转化成Ce3+。不同Ce掺量薄膜光降解甲基橙溶液的实验结果表明:Ce掺量为5%的氧化钛薄膜显示出较好的光催化活性,这是由于Ce3+/Ce4+的相互转化促进光生电子-空穴的有效分离,从而提高薄膜的光催化活性。
Preparation of different molar Ce (the same below) the dosage of titanium oxide film by RF magnetron sputtering method. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis show that the crystalline form of the film is mainly anatase. With the increase of Ce content, the anatase phase of titania exhibits a shift to the right. UV-visible spectrophotometer results show that: with the increase of Ce content, the film red edge shift. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that part of Ti4 + was reduced to Ti3 +, and most of Ce4 + was converted into Ce3 +. The experimental results of photodegradation of methyl orange solution with different Ce content show that the titanium oxide film with 5% Ce content shows good photocatalytic activity due to the mutual conversion of Ce3 + / Ce4 + The effective separation, thereby enhancing the photocatalytic activity of the film.
