在企业的人力资源管理中,人力资源规划不仅具有先导性,而且具有战略性,所以对企业的总体发展战略和目标的实现有举足轻重的作用。对于乡镇企业也是一样,人力资源规划对于企业的发展有着深远的影响。本文针对灵寿县乡镇企业的人力资源现状进行调查,主要运用访谈的调研方法,通过分别与乡镇企业领导者、企业员工、以及附近村民的访谈了解灵寿县化工助剂企业的人力资源现状。同时尝试分析这种现状产生的经济积极影响和消极影响的方面,最后希望可以针对产生经济消极影响的方面可以提出相应的解决方案,为健全乡镇企业的人力资源管理体系、创建灵活多变、动态有序的乡镇企业的人力资源发展新模式提出意见与建议。
In the human resources management of enterprises, the human resources planning is not only leading but also strategic, so it plays a decisive role in the overall development strategy and goal of the enterprise. The same is true for TVEs, and human resource planning has far-reaching implications for the development of enterprises. This paper investigates the current situation of human resources of township enterprises in Lingshou County. The main methods of interviewing are interviewing with leaders of township and village enterprises, employees and nearby villagers to understand the current situation of human resources of chemical additives enterprises in Lingshou County. At the same time try to analyze the economic positive and negative impact caused by this status quo, and finally hope that we can put forward corresponding solutions to the negative aspects of economic impact. In order to improve the human resources management system of township enterprises and create a flexible and dynamic Orderly township enterprises in human resources development of new models for their comments and suggestions.
